Safer crossing

Parc Ex is one of the poorest neighborhoods in Canada. The city neglects this community because of its linguistic and cultural makeup. As a result Parc Ex is entirely blocked in by CN rails, highways, and a fence (the TMR fence along Acadie) The citizens of Parc Ex need equitable safe ways to leave the neighborhood this crossing is along the tracks and it is not safe and illegal but is necessary to use to access Mile Ex from Parc Ex
