Needs dedicated bike traffic lights

This intersection really needs bike traffic lights considering it crosses a very busy intersection. The intersections before and after have them, but not this one. Sometimes cars on Lorimer get jammed with some drivers get stuck blocking the bike lane, meaning cyclists sometimes have to weave around the car while car traffic on Rachel starts at the same time. A bike traffic light that starts long before car traffic on Rachel does, as well as green painted lanes to indicate the crossing can make a big difference.
